Prawns-400 gms,RiceFlour-1/2 cup,Grinded Badam Powder:-1/2 cup,HaldhiPowder-1 tsp,Chilli Powder -1 tblsp,Jeera Powder-1 tblsp,Chaat Masala-1/2 tblsp,Salt to taste,Fresh Coriander and Mint Leaves,Lemon juice as required and Refined oil to fry.
Directions
Take the prawns in a bowl.Add lemon juice and salt in it.Mix it well and keep it aside for 1/2 an hr.Next in a bowl add rice flour and in it add badam powder,haldhi powder,jeera powder,red chilli powder,fresh coriander and mint leaves finely chopped and a little bit of salt too.Mix all the things nicely.Now in a kadai heat the oil in high flame.Next add the prawns in the dry mixture.Mix the prawns with the dry mixture very well.Now deep fry the prawns until it turns into golden brown.Serve it with white n spicy sauce or tomato ketchup also.
