Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong dal

  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander and curry leaves

  • 1/8 spoon turmeric

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 1” ginger

  • 250 ml oil

  • 1 spoon jeera

  • 4 green chillies

Directions

    soak moong dal for two hours

  • 02

    grind moong dal along with ginger , green chillies,jeera. add chopped coriander curryleaves, chopped onion turmeric and mix well

  • 03

    drop small dumplings in hot oil and deep fry till golden and crispy
