heat two spoon oil in kadai add curry leaves , coriander, pinch of turmeric. one spoon salt, mashed potato and saute
make small balls
mix besan ,one spoon salt, one spoon chilly powder, dhania powder,
heat two spoon oil crackle jeera and ajwain and add to besan
mix sufficient water and mix like bajji batter
dip the potato balls in the batter and deep fry till golden
serve hot with sauce or chutny
