Ingredients

  • 3 boiled peeled and mashed potato


  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander and curry leaves


  • 1/8 spoon turmeric


  • 2 spoon salt


  • 250 ml oil


  • 1 cup besan


  • 1 spoon chilly powder


  • 1 spoon jeera dhania powder


  • 1/2 spoon each of jeera and ajwain

Directions

  • heat two spoon oil in kadai add curry leaves , coriander, pinch of turmeric. one spoon salt, mashed potato and saute
  • make small balls
  • mix besan ,one spoon salt, one spoon chilly powder, dhania powder,
  • heat two spoon oil crackle jeera and ajwain and add to besan
  • mix sufficient water and mix like bajji batter
  • dip the potato balls in the batter and deep fry till golden
  • serve hot with sauce or chutny
