Method :-
Wash the leaves well with water and remove the middle vaines carefully. Cut the leaf into two or three parts.
Mix all ingredients in cheese and make paste
Now fill the paneer in the middle of Patra and stick the edges with the solution of gram flour and prepare all the pieces in the same way.
Now add little oil to the pan and make selo fry to all paneer patra keep the flame slowly, you can cook it in steam too.
When the patra is fry well, then serve it with chutney or sauce or with hot tea / coffee.
