Chilli Chicken Wings

10-12 chicken wings
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp oil
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2-3 tbsp oil,for shallow frying
Mix vinegar,red chilli sauce,oil,black pepper powder,salt and red chilli powder in a large mixing bowl.
Clean the chicken wings and put in the bowl and coat with the marinade well.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
Heat a grill plate or shallow pan and pour some oil.
Place the chicken wings in batches and grill them on both sides on medium flame ,in batches.
Serve with your favorite sauce/mayonnaise.
