Slice the baguette. Make sure the slices are cut slant.
Apply butter to each slice.
Now in a bowl mash boiled potatoes.
Add in boiled corns, coriander chutney, sliced onions, chat masala and salt.
Mix everything well.
Now take a spoonful of this potato mixture and spread it evenly over the baguette slice
Spread little mayonnaise over it, place sliced tomatoes and cheese slices.
Do this to all the slices.
Now place these slices on a baking tray and bake it at 200 degree Celsius for about 15 minutes.
This crispy potato corn crostinis are a modified version of regular aloo chutney sandwich.
Serve it immediately. This is the best and quickest appetizer.
