Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 baguette


  • 1 boiled potato


  • 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels


  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions


  • 2 Tbsp Coriander chutney


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 4 cheese slices or more if you want


  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced


  • 3 Tbsp butter

Directions

  • Slice the baguette. Make sure the slices are cut slant.
  • Apply butter to each slice.
  • Now in a bowl mash boiled potatoes.
  • Add in boiled corns, coriander chutney, sliced onions, chat masala and salt.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Now take a spoonful of this potato mixture and spread it evenly over the baguette slice
  • Spread little mayonnaise over it, place sliced tomatoes and cheese slices.
  • Do this to all the slices.
  • Now place these slices on a baking tray and bake it at 200 degree Celsius for about 15 minutes.
  • This crispy potato corn crostinis are a modified version of regular aloo chutney sandwich.
  • Serve it immediately. This is the best and quickest appetizer.
