3 tbsp grated paneer
1 boiled and grated potato
1/4 cup mixed dry fruits powder (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
1 tsp coriander leaves
1 green chilli chopped
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
2-3 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups oil to deep fry
take paneer, potato and mixed dry fruits powder.
add coriander leaves, green chilli, chat masala and garam masala powder.
add salt and fresh bread crumbs, mix well and keep aside.
take dry bread crumbs, add all purpose flour and mix well, keep aside.
now pinch equal sized balls from the dough and shape each into round balls.
roll the balls in dry bread crumbs and flour mixture
flatten slightly and cover with bread crumbs again.
prepare all in the same way
heat oil in a kadai on medium flame.
deep fry the prepared patties until crispy and brown.
once done, remove from oil.
serve with ketchup, green chutney, onions and a lemon slice.
