  • 3 tbsp grated paneer

  • 1 boiled and grated potato

  • 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits powder (cashews, almonds, walnuts)

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 green chilli chopped

  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 2-3 tbsp fresh bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 2 cups oil to deep fry


  • take paneer, potato and mixed dry fruits powder.
  • add coriander leaves, green chilli, chat masala and garam masala powder.
  • add salt and fresh bread crumbs, mix well and keep aside.
  • take dry bread crumbs, add all purpose flour and mix well, keep aside.
  • now pinch equal sized balls from the dough and shape each into round balls.
  • roll the balls in dry bread crumbs and flour mixture
  • flatten slightly and cover with bread crumbs again.
  • prepare all in the same way
  • heat oil in a kadai on medium flame.
  • deep fry the prepared patties until crispy and brown.
  • once done, remove from oil.
  • serve with ketchup, green chutney, onions and a lemon slice.
