Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 boiled potatoes mashed


  • 1 cup freshly prepared bread crumbs


  • 1/4cup finely chopped capsicum


  • 1/2cup finely chopped spinach


  • 1/2cup boiled mashed green peas


  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2tsp salt ( as per taste)


  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2chopped green chilli


  • 1medium onion finely chopped


  • 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste 2tsp curd( if required)


  • 2tsp maida ( for coating)


  • 3tsp water


  • 4-5tsp bread crumbs ( for coating)


  • 8-10splitted cashew nuts


  • 1cup oil for dip frying

Directions

  • Make a dough by adding all the ingredients .
  • Make small kebabs from the dough.
  • Prepare a paste of maida and water.
  • Dip each kebabs in the maida slury and roll them on the bread crumbs.
  • Then press a cashew nut on each kebab.
  • Heat oil in a Kadai and dip fry each kebabs till golden brown on each side.
  • Now your harabhara kebabs are. Serve hot with any ketchup or chutney.
