2 boiled potatoes mashed
1 cup freshly prepared bread crumbs
1/4cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2cup finely chopped spinach
1/2cup boiled mashed green peas
1/2tsp black pepper powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp salt ( as per taste)
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
2chopped green chilli
1medium onion finely chopped
1/2tsp ginger garlic paste 2tsp curd( if required)
2tsp maida ( for coating)
4-5tsp bread crumbs ( for coating)
8-10splitted cashew nuts
1cup oil for dip frying
Make a dough by adding all the ingredients .
Make small kebabs from the dough.
Prepare a paste of maida and water.
Dip each kebabs in the maida slury and roll them on the bread crumbs.
Then press a cashew nut on each kebab.
Heat oil in a Kadai and dip fry each kebabs till golden brown on each side.
Now your harabhara kebabs are. Serve hot with any ketchup or chutney.
