Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cup rava


  • 1/4 cup wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp oil for shortening


  • 1/4 tsp salt for four seasoning


  • For filling..4 boiled potato


  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp dry mango powder


  • 1/2 tsp ginger chilly paste


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 500 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • Grind rava in a mixer jar to a powder
  • Add salt,wheat flour and oil and mix it nicely
  • Keep it covered for 10 mins
  • While dough is resting make filling
  • Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add all the masala and ginger chilly paste stir fir a min and add boiled and mashed potatoes and green peas
  • Cook it for few min
  • Knead the dough once more and rill in big circle
  • Cut round with cookie cutter from it
  • Keep filling in center of one roundles and apply water on all over outer part
  • Keep another roundles over it and stick it by pressing
  • Make impressions with fork and deep fry it
  • Serve it with sauce
