Mix rava,besan and curd and make a thick batter by adding water
Add salt and keep it covered for 5 mins
Add eno salt and transfer the batter in greased plate
Heat water in dhokla maker and place the plate in it and cook for 10 mins
Take it out and let it cool.While it is cooling make tempering
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add mustard seeds and sesame seeds as it splutter add curry leaves,green chilly and red chilly powder and stir for a while
Cut dhokla in pieces and put it in wok in which tempering is made mix it nicely so that it is coated well
Switch off the flame and add chopped coriander and enjoy with green chutney or sauce
