Ingredients

Serves 3

  • soaked sabudana (soak it for at least 5 hours) 3 cups

  • green chilli 6

  • coriander leaves cut 2 cups

  • ground nut corsly crush powder ..1 cup

  • salt 1 tablespoon or as taste

  • bolied potato ..3 small.size

  • pure ghee for deep fry ..3 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Peel & smash boiled potatao

  • 02

    grind coriander leaves, green chilli

  • 03

    add smash potato , green chilli paste , ground nut powder , salt to soaked sabudana

  • 04

    mix it properly ..make small round shape vada

  • 05

    deep fry until golden brown in ghee

  • 06

    serve hot with ground nut chatni
