Ingredients

Serves 3

  • coriander leaves cut 5 cup

  • mung daal soaked .2 cups

  • green chilli 6

  • salt to taste 1/2 tablespoon

  • soda 1/4 tspn

  • oil 1 tablespoon

  • jeera 1 tablespoon

  • fennel 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger 1/2 inch

  • oil for shallow fry .approx 1 cup

  • water if required 1/ 4 cup

Directions

  • 01

    Remove water from mung daal & stain it

  • 02

    grind all the ingredients except oil & soda ..make thick better using water (if required )

  • 03

    add 1 tablespoon of oil & soda to better .

  • 04

    apply little oil on a steel plate & spread the better

  • 05

    steam it for 10 mintues

  • 06

    cut in square shallow fry until crispy

  • 07

    serve with chutni
