10 small sized papads./1 cup boiled chickpeas/1 chopped onion/ 1 chopped tomato/1 chopped cucumber/1 teaspoon chopped green chilli./1/2cup chopped coriander leaves/ 1 teaspoon chat masala/1 teaspoon red chilli powder,/1 table spoon lemon juice/salt/gram flour sev to garnish on the top
TO MAKE KOTORIES....Grease two or three micro save small glass bowls./ Tske a papad/ Dip it in water till soft/ Rest in on a paper towel/Dry it completely/spread the papad over the bowl/press the centre fown/micro the bowl for one minute/Remove the papadfrom thebowl,/Repest the process to make more kotories./Now your kotories are ready./In a big bowl add boiled cheakpea/Add chopped onions , chopped tomatoes/chopped cucumber/add Salt lemon juice and coriander leaves/Toss it/Add chat masala red chilli powder.Fill the papaf kotories with these chickpeas mixtures/Garnish it with sev and serve as a starter .
