Big size onion 1
Besan flour 1/4 cup
2 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp jeera
Oil for frying 2 cups
Directions
Take a bowl add dry ingredients mix well now add enough water to make smooth batter
Peal the skin of the onion and cut into thick rings separate the onion rings keep aside
Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot dip each onion rings coat well slowly drop it in to the oil fry for 2 to 3 minutes remove and keep it on paper napkin
Serve hot with ketchup
