First make filling with boiled and mashed potatoes
Add finely chopped onion,chopped tomato,black pepper powder,salt,coriander powder and ajwain and mix well
Now take wheat bread slices and cut their corners.Now slightly wet each slice and make a ball.
now place the potato filling and seal it.
Now make a thin liquid batter with suji-3-4tbsps or as per quantity you want to serve and water(i didnot use maida).
Now coat the bread roll with this batter and deep fry them.You cancoat themwith bread crumbs also after dipping in batter.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
