In a bowl mix besan , suji ,curd
Make a batter with water
Keep aside for 15 minutes
Add eno
Mix well
Pour the batter in greecced idli molds
Add 1 glass water in idli stand
Keep the molds in hot water
Cover iy
Cook for 15 minutes
on medium flame
Demold idli
Tadka
In a pan add oil rai water ,salt , sugar
Boil for 5 minutes
Add lemon juice when it is luke warm
Dip the idli in this water
Press lightly
Place in a platters
