Ingredients
Serves 3
6 bread slices
1 medium size Onion
2 tbsp carrot
2 tbsp beans
2tbsp capsicum
1/2 cup cabbage
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Desi ghee or cooking oil
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Directions
1- take ghee in pan and heat it
2- add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while
Add fine choped Onion and fry for 1 minutes
Add fine choped carrot beans capsicum and cabbage
Add sweet corn and mix well
Add salt as per Taste chilli flakes and tomato sauce and mix well
Add mozzarella cheese and mix well
Stuffing is ready take out in plate
Cut bread slices with glass in round shape and from that cut 3 round shape bread with small glass and make rings
Grease all with butter
Roast round shape bread from 1 side and rings from both sides
apply tomato sauce and Add mozzarella cheese on Roasted side of round shape bread
Put ring over this and make hollow like canapes and fill stuffing in this
Add mozzarella cheese chilli flakes and oregano over this
Cheese canapes is ready now roast them
Add butter in pan and roast theses cheese canapes both sides in low flame
Check 1-2 times so that it couldn't burn
Yummy cheese canapes is ready.. enjoy 😛
