1 cup split and skinned black gram
1 cup corn kernels 2-3tsp semolina
1 tsp ginger chilli paste
8-10 curry leaves
3tsp chopped coriander leaves
2 chopped onions
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp oregano 1/2tsp salt ( as per your taste)
1cup Oil for dip frying
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
2tsp chilli flakes
2tsp chopped onion
Wash and soak the skinned black gram for 3-4 hours.
Then grind it to make a smooth batter and mix semolina and keep it aside for 15minutes.
In the meantime boil the corns with little amount of salt and then strain them from the water.
Then mix chopped onion, boiled corns, ginger chilli paste, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves , chilli flakes ,oregano and salt and mix it well.
Heat a Kadai with oil and dip fry the mixture by making small fritters up-to golden brown.
Now your fritters are ready.
Serve them by sprinkling some mozzarella cheese, oregano , chilli flakes and some chopped onion over it.
