Ingredients
Serves 4
2 cups chickpeas flour for besan 2 sachets eno( packets)
4 Bread slices
1 cup coconut chutney
1 tablespoon shredded dry coconut
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon seasome seed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
Directions
In a big bowl take chick pea flour salt turmeric powder sugar
Add water as needed and mix it properly and make a dhokla batter
Now add eno fruit salt and mix it properly
Now immediate pour this batter in Thali or plate
Now keep it for steaming for 10 to 12 minutes
And you can see the Dhokla is ready
Now heat the oil for tadka crackle mustard seed and seasom seed and a little bit of asafoetida
Pour this tadka on dhokla Sprinkle red chilli powder and shredded coconut
Now apply coconut chutney on bread slices
Cut the slice sized Dhokla pieces
Put every Dhokla piece on bread slices
Now put another bread slice on Dhokla bread
Grill this sandwich
Grill it for 8 to 10 minutes
And the Dhokla sandwich is ready
