Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups chickpeas flour for besan 2 sachets eno( packets)


  • 4 Bread slices


  • 1 cup coconut chutney


  • 1 tablespoon shredded dry coconut


  • 1 teaspoon mustard


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 teaspoon seasome seed


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric


  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder


  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida

Directions

  • In a big bowl take chick pea flour salt turmeric powder sugar
  • Add water as needed and mix it properly and make a dhokla batter
  • Now add eno fruit salt and mix it properly
  • Now immediate pour this batter in Thali or plate
  • Now keep it for steaming for 10 to 12 minutes
  • And you can see the Dhokla is ready
  • Now heat the oil for tadka crackle mustard seed and seasom seed and a little bit of asafoetida
  • Pour this tadka on dhokla Sprinkle red chilli powder and shredded coconut
  • Now apply coconut chutney on bread slices
  • Cut the slice sized Dhokla pieces
  • Put every Dhokla piece on bread slices
  • Now put another bread slice on Dhokla bread
  • Grill this sandwich
  • Grill it for 8 to 10 minutes
  • And the Dhokla sandwich is ready
