Ingredients
Serves 4
1 cup of Besan
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
8 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon hot cooking oil
1 tablespoon cooking oil
4 to 5 green chilli
10 to 12 curry leaves
1 pinch asafoetida
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 & half tablespoon powder sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
6 tablespoon water
Directions
take a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients (without baking soda and powder)
then add ginger paste and chopped green chilli and mix well
now add water in the mixture and mix it so well that no lamp can form
cover the bowl and rest 30 minutes
after 30 minute add hot cooking oil, baking powder, soda and mix properly
now put a baking powder and soda and mix nicely
Grease a microsave bowl with oil
now add this mixture to the bowl
Put it in microwave for 5 minutes in high power
after 5 minutes check with aspoon comes out dry
Now Dhokla is ready
now for preparing the syrup, heat oil in a pan
oil is hot add masturd seeds, asafoetida, green chilli and curry leaves
Fry for few seconds on medium flame
then and little bit of salt, sugar and water
discloved the sugar and boil it
cut into a dhokla in square shape
pour the syrup to the dhokla
now ready to serve Dhokla with chutney
