300 gm boneless chicken
1 tbsp onion paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
5 tbsp curd
1 tsp vinegar
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1 small piece charcoal
1 tsp clarified butter
In a bowl marinate the chicken with vinegar, onion paste ginger-garlic paste and salt.
Leave it for 10 minutes.
Heat a nonstick pan in high flame.
Add the marinated chicken in the hot pan.
Cook the chicken in high flame for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes turn the chicken for cooking on another side.
Again leave for 5 minutes and cook it.
After that sim the gas and cover it for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and turn the chicken for Cook properly until all the marination dried.
Now turn off the gas and take out the chicken roast in a bowl.
In this bowl place a small bowl with hot burning charcoal.
Now add the clarified butter on the charcoal and cover the bowl with a lid for 5 minutes.
Now your chicken dahi roast is ready to serve. garnish with chopped coriander and serve with curd dip and onion slice and lemon.
