In a mixing bowl put semolina and curd mix to make a smooth better adding little water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
After that add all the chopped veggies and salt mix well.
Now add eno and mix lightly.
Heat appe pan put 2 drop oil in each mould and put 1 table spoon batter in every mould.
Cover and cook for 2 - 3 min each side.
Now with a spoon flip it upside down and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with sause or chutney.
