Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups/ 250gram paneer cut in cubes


  • 1 cup onions cut into cubes


  • 1 cup capsicum cut into cube


  • 1 cup tomatoes cut into cube


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • For marinade:- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves


  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves


  • 3 garlic cloves


  • 2 green chillies chopped


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp fresh curds


  • 1 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder/salt


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

Directions

  • Take all ingredients and grind to a smooth paste, and transfer in a mixing bowl.
  • Add paneer, capsicum, onion and tomatoes and coat well.
  • Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • Take a skewar and make a pattern with paneer, capsicum, onion, tamato.
  • Start with vegetable and end with vegetable.
  • Heat the oil in a non stick pan and saute till the tikkas turn golden brown on all sides.
  • Remove from the flame and serve imnediately woth green chutney and salad.
