Ingredients
Serves 4
2 cups/ 250gram paneer cut in cubes
1 cup onions cut into cubes
1 cup capsicum cut into cube
1 cup tomatoes cut into cube
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
For marinade:- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
3 garlic cloves
2 green chillies chopped
1 piece ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh curds
1 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp red chilli powder/salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Directions
Take all ingredients and grind to a smooth paste, and transfer in a mixing bowl.
Add paneer, capsicum, onion and tomatoes and coat well.
Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
Take a skewar and make a pattern with paneer, capsicum, onion, tamato.
Start with vegetable and end with vegetable.
Heat the oil in a non stick pan and saute till the tikkas turn golden brown on all sides.
Remove from the flame and serve imnediately woth green chutney and salad.
