Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 200 g machali / small fish


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch red food colour


  • 1 lemon


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 4 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Wash and clean the fish
  • Make a mixture of olive oil, salt, red chilly powder, red colour and marinate the fish for 15 minutes.
  • Take dried wooden logs or coal and roast it on high flame.
  • I took bhussa placed all the fish on it and put it on fire . it burns quickly but the heat cooks the fish from inside.
  • Eat it just like that by adding some chat masala or make curry.
