  • Besan 1bowl

  • Oil 5TSP

  • Red chilli powder 1TSP

  • Turmeric powder 1TSP

  • Salt 3/4tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1TSP

  • Dry coconut grated 2TSP

  • Sesame seeds 1TSP

  • Poppy seeds 1TSP


  • 01

    Heat oil add besan saute on low flame till aroma spreads

  • 02

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes

  • 03

    Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well

  • 04

    Add 1 glass boiled water ,mix well cook for 5 minutes on low flame with lid

    Take up the lead mix it well again cook for next 5 minutes with lid .Lump will form n start leaving the pan

    Grease thali with oil and spread the lump in it .Make surface smooth. Spread grated coconut sesame seeds,poppy seeds , and corriander on surface press with hand or bottom of bowl

    Rest for 10 minutes make cuts in square or diamond shape

    Takes out vadi . Besan vadi is ready for serving
