  • Raw banana kabab material :- 4 raw bananas boiled 1 bowl soy granules boiled Salt to taste 1/2 cup of roasted groundnut light crused 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 2 tsp roasted gram flour 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 4-5 droups kevada water 2 teaspoons green coriander leaves cut Oil to fry kabab

    Method :- Mix all ingredients together and make the soft dough. Now heat the pan. Put the flame in the middle, put the paste in the pan round or oval shape and you can make this paste in seek also make fry or selo fry in goldan colour Serve the prepared hot kabab with a sauce, salad or tea
