Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 8 bread slice

  • 5-6 boiled and mashed potato

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  • 2 tsp Coriander powder

  • 500 ml oil for frying

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

    Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add jeera in it

  • 02

    As jeera splutter add all spices and boiled potato

  • 03

    Add salt and cook it for 5 mins

  • 04

    Take half cup water and dip bread slice in it take it out and squeeze water from it

  • 05

    Keep one spoon filling on center pf bread and fold it from all sides like a roll

  • 06

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the rolls golden brown
