Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 8 bread slice


  • 5-6 boiled and mashed potato


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tsp Coriander powder


  • 500 ml oil for frying


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add jeera in it
  • As jeera splutter add all spices and boiled potato
  • Add salt and cook it for 5 mins
  • Take half cup water and dip bread slice in it take it out and squeeze water from it
  • Keep one spoon filling on center pf bread and fold it from all sides like a roll
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the rolls golden brown
