10 tondali
1/2 cup besan / gram flour
1 tsp salt
1 pinch cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 cup oil for frying
Directions
Slice tondali vertically
Mix rest of the ingredients to make batter by adding water
Dip the tondali into the batter
Heat oil in a pan and deep tondali fry until it turns golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve hot with ketchup
