Ingredients

  • 10 tondali


  • 1/2 cup besan / gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Slice tondali vertically
  • Mix rest of the ingredients to make batter by adding water
  • Dip the tondali into the batter
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep tondali fry until it turns golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil and serve hot with ketchup
