Ingredients
Serves 2
Prawn 10 pieces
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic 2-3 cloves chopped
Soya sauce 1tbsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Directions
I am using whole prawn here not minced.
Take a pan heat some oil add chopped garlic saute.
Add chopped onions and again saute for few minutes.
Add prawns and fry for few seconds. Don't cook for long as it will become round and it will be difficult giving shape to Momos.
Now add some salt mix and keep aside.
Take a bowl add all purpose flour and salt and 1tbsp of oil and make soft dough.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now roll out the dough and cut it in rounds with the help of cookie cutter.
Add fillings to each circle and give your desired shape.
Fry till golden.
