Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp soda


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp green chili paste


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 cup water


  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry


  • 4 bread slice


  • 1 big onion (ring cut)


  • 2 boil potato


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Take a bowl and firstly make a buff vada for this add potato(mashed) in bowl add salt, red chili powder , turmeric powder , chat masala , garam masala , coriander powder
  • Mix well and make a small size of balls
  • Take a another bowl for making a batter
  • Add gram flour, salt , curd , green chili paste , garam masala and coriander powder
  • Mix all dry ingredients
  • Add water and mix well. Stir continues try do make a batter lumps free
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep fry
  • Add soda in batter and mix
  • Now deep bread slice in batter and deep fry till golden brown
  • Add onion ring in batter and deep fry also add potato balls in batter and deep fry till.golden brown
  • Serve with fried green chili
