Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup gram flour

  • 1 tsp ajwain

  • 1 tsp soda

  • 1 tbsp curd

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp green chili paste

  • 2 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 cup water

  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry

  • 4 bread slice

  • 1 big onion (ring cut)

  • 2 boil potato

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Take a bowl and firstly make a buff vada for this add potato(mashed) in bowl add salt, red chili powder , turmeric powder , chat masala , garam masala , coriander powder

    Mix well and make a small size of balls

    Take a another bowl for making a batter

  • 04

    Add gram flour, salt , curd , green chili paste , garam masala and coriander powder

    Mix all dry ingredients

    Add water and mix well. Stir continues try do make a batter lumps free

    Heat oil in a pan for deep fry

    Add soda in batter and mix

  • 09

    Now deep bread slice in batter and deep fry till golden brown

    Add onion ring in batter and deep fry also add potato balls in batter and deep fry till.golden brown

    Serve with fried green chili
