Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Bread - 12 white / brown

  • Cheese cubes - 6 grated

  • Broccoli - 1/4 cup finely chopped

  • Red bell pepper - 1/4 finely chopped

  • Mint leaves -2 tsp finely chopped

  • Dry Organo - 1/2 tsp

  • Dry Basil - 1/4 tsp

  • Chilly flaxes - 1/4 tsp

  • Black pepper powder - 2 pinch

  • Ghee - 3 tbsp unmelted or

    Take a large bowl. Put broccoli, red bell pepper,grated cheese, black pepper powder, Organo, Basil, chilly flakes, mint leaves, salt in it and stir very gently.

    Put 2 tbsp stuffing in between 2 piece of breads. Repeat this process on rest of bread pieces.

    Heat a heavy bottom of pan / tava on medium heat. Now heat 1 tbsp of ghee / butter on pan. After melting butter / ghee put 2 sets of sandwiches on it. Cook both sides of bread till it's colour change in golden brown colour. Take out from pan and keep it in serving plate.

    Repeat this process for rest of sandwitch pieces.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce. Tasty and healthy sandwiches are ready to play with your taste buds.
