Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2kg Chicken wings


  • 2 Tbsp Baking powder(aluminium free)


  • 1 Tsp Salt


  • For garlic Parmesan :2 Tbsp Butter


  • 6 cloves garlic chopped


  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped


  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese


  • 1/4 Tsp Salt


  • For sweet and spicy: 1.5 Tbsp any neutral oil


  • 2 cloves garlic chopped


  • 1 Tsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder


  • 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sause


  • 1 Tbsp Honey


  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degree Celcius.
  • Coat chicken wings with baking powder and salt.
  • Spread wings in a greased tray without overcrowding. Bake for 4o minutes, flipping after 20 minutes.
  • For the garlic parmesan: melt 2 Tbsp butter and add 6 cloves of chopped garlic and saute till cooked.
  • Remove from heat add 2 Tbsp parsley, 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, salt and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into half of the chicken wings. Coat the wings properly.
  • Garlic Parmesan chicken wings are ready.
  • For the sweet and spicy: heat 1.5 Tbsp any neutral oil, 2 cloves chopped garlic and cook till done.
  • Add the chilli powder and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Honey and 2 Tbsp Lime juice and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the other half of the chicken wings. Coat the wings properly.
  • Sweet and Spicy chicken wings are ready.
