Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2kg Chicken wings

  • 2 Tbsp Baking powder(aluminium free)

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • For garlic Parmesan :2 Tbsp Butter

  • 6 cloves garlic chopped

  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped

  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

  • For sweet and spicy: 1.5 Tbsp any neutral oil

  • 2 cloves garlic chopped

  • 1 Tsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder

  • 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sause

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice

    Preheat oven to 200 degree Celcius.

    Coat chicken wings with baking powder and salt.

  • 03

    Spread wings in a greased tray without overcrowding. Bake for 4o minutes, flipping after 20 minutes.

    For the garlic parmesan: melt 2 Tbsp butter and add 6 cloves of chopped garlic and saute till cooked.

    Remove from heat add 2 Tbsp parsley, 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, salt and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into half of the chicken wings. Coat the wings properly.

    Garlic Parmesan chicken wings are ready.

    For the sweet and spicy: heat 1.5 Tbsp any neutral oil, 2 cloves chopped garlic and cook till done.

    Add the chilli powder and cook for 30 seconds.

    Add 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Honey and 2 Tbsp Lime juice and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into the other half of the chicken wings. Coat the wings properly.

    Sweet and Spicy chicken wings are ready.
