Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Carrot - 1/2 kg


  • Tomato - 250 gms


  • Potato - 1 medium


  • Onion - 1 medium


  • Ginger - 1"


  • Garlic - 5 cloves


  • Mint leaves - 1 tsp


  • Butter - 1 tbsp


  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Salt - 1 tsp


  • Water - 3 cup

Directions

  • Peel off carrot, potato, onion and ginger then wash it. Now cut into medium size. Wash tomatoes and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Take a pressure cooker. Now put all vegetables, garlic cloves, and 2 cup water then cook on medium heat till 3-4 whistles. Let it cool down naturally.
  • Now put all boiled vegetables, little water in liquidiser and make fine & smooth paste. Now filter it through sieve. You can add a cup of water while this process as your preference.
  • Again put this liquid in a deep pan / kadai and boil for 10 minutes on high flame. Add black pepper powder, mint leaves, butter, salt and stir several times while cooking.
  • Switch off the gas stove and cover the pot with lid.
