Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 2 big tomatoes chopped

  • 1/4 cup green peas

  • 1 big onion chopped

  • 2 potatoes boiled and mashed

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/4 turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala

  • 1 tsp kasuri methi

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup warm milk

  • 1 tsp dry yeast

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 salt

  • 3/4 oregon

  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

  • 1 cup plain flour

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 2 tsp chilli flakes

    firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter and add vegetables. cook and mash well.

    now add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

    heat a tbsp of butter and add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi.

    also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and ½ lemon juice. saute well.

    boil and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.

    firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm milk, dry yeast and sugar. mix well. rest for 5 minutes. furthermore, add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano.

    additionally add butter and maida. start to knead the dough. further, coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.

    further, punch the dough. in a small bowl mix in butter, garlic and coriander leaves.

    spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.

    further top with Bhaji and Chesse on top.

    also season with chili flakes and oregano. fold the dough and seal the edges.

    furthermore, brush generous amount of butter.

    also top with chili flakes and mixed herbs. make marks over bread without cutting them fully.

    bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.

    cut the Pav Bhaji bread in pieces and serve hot.
