Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup beet root
1 cup carrot
6 clove
2 bay leaf
2 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
6 black pepper
2 inch ginger
2 tbs butter
1/4 cup boild rice noodles
1/2 cup water
Directions
Take 2 sauce pan, add 1, 1 bay leaf, 1,1 cinnamon stick, 3,3 black pepper, 3,3clove, 1,1 star anise, and 2,2, cup water in each sauce pan
Bring it to boil
Then add 1 cup beet root in one sauce pan
And 1 cup carrot in other sauce pa
Add salt in it, add cook till carrot and beet root because soft
Keep it cool at room temperature,
Remove cinnamon stick and grind them saparetly
Now heat 2 pan add 1, 1,tbs butter, and grated ginger in each pan
Add grainded beet root in one pan, and grainded carrot in another pan
Add water if required
Bring to boil
For serving, take a soup plate place boiled noodle in center, pour hot beetroot soup on one side, and carrot soup on another side
Serve hot
