Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For dough:- 2 cup madia


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • For Stuffing:- 2 potstoes boiled mashed


  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas


  • 1/2 cup three colours casicum chopoed


  • 1/4 cup chopped palak


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 3 tbsp gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp aamchur powder

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients for dough and knead semi stiff dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan add green chilli, and all masala and saute for a second.
  • Add gram flour snd saute for a second. And mix well.
  • Add capsicum, boiled peas, potatoes and palak.
  • Saute for few seconds, add salt.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Knead dough again and make equal size balls and roll out round puri. Make 3 cut in puri.
  • Shape into toffee.
  • Heat oil in fry pan and deep fry all toffee and drain in kitchen towel.
  • Serve with tomatoe ketchup.
