For dough:- 2 cup madia
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ajwain
2 tbsp oil
For Stuffing:- 2 potstoes boiled mashed
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1/2 cup three colours casicum chopoed
1/4 cup chopped palak
2 green chilli chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp black salt
3 tbsp gram flour
1/2 tsp aamchur powder
Combine all ingredients for dough and knead semi stiff dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan add green chilli, and all masala and saute for a second.
Add gram flour snd saute for a second. And mix well.
Add capsicum, boiled peas, potatoes and palak.
Saute for few seconds, add salt.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Knead dough again and make equal size balls and roll out round puri. Make 3 cut in puri.
Shape into toffee.
Heat oil in fry pan and deep fry all toffee and drain in kitchen towel.
Serve with tomatoe ketchup.
