Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup besan


  • 1 cup watermelon juice


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tbsp oil for tadka


  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp coconut powder or grated coconut

Directions

  • Take besan in bowl add watermelon juice, salt and ginger chilli paste
  • Whisk finely to remove lumps
  • Now cook it in microwave for 3 min.
  • And stir it
  • Again cook for 2 min.
  • Stir it
  • Repeat same process till 8 min.
  • Then check it whether it leave plate
  • Then spread it thinly on aluminum foil or baking sheet
  • Let it cool then make roll carefully cut in small pieces
  • Make tasks and temper them
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, coconut and serve
