Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup besan

  • 1 cup watermelon juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1 tbsp oil for tadka

  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

  • 1 tbsp coconut powder or grated coconut

Directions

    Take besan in bowl add watermelon juice, salt and ginger chilli paste

    Whisk finely to remove lumps

  • 03

    Now cook it in microwave for 3 min.

    And stir it

  • 05

    Again cook for 2 min.

    Stir it

  • 07

    Repeat same process till 8 min.

    Then check it whether it leave plate

    Then spread it thinly on aluminum foil or baking sheet

    Let it cool then make roll carefully cut in small pieces

    Make tasks and temper them

  • 12

    Garnish with coriander leaves, coconut and serve
