Ingredients

  • 200 gram paneer


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/4 cup flour


  • 1/8 cup cornflour


  • 3/4 cup water


  • 1 cup bread crumb

Directions

  • Cut paneer in sticks
  • Sprinkle all spices on sticks
  • Coat them and let them marinate for 15 nin.
  • Make a slurry with flour,cornflour and water
  • Make smooth paste
  • Dip paneer sticks in slurry and coat them in bread crumb
  • Heat oil and fry them
  • Serve with sauce
