Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 200 gram paneer

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/8 cup cornflour

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 cup bread crumb

Directions

    Cut paneer in sticks

  • 02

    Sprinkle all spices on sticks

  • 03

    Coat them and let them marinate for 15 nin.

  • 04

    Make a slurry with flour,cornflour and water

  • 05

    Make smooth paste

  • 06

    Dip paneer sticks in slurry and coat them in bread crumb

  • 07

    Heat oil and fry them

  • 08

    Serve with sauce
