  • For marinating - 1 cup hung yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 cup roasted chana dal powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/4 dried kasuri methi powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp green chilli paste 2 tbsp hot oil 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 2 big potatoes 2 tbsp sesame seeds for stuffing -1/2 cup grated cottage cheese 2 tbsp chopped fried cashew nuts 1 tbsp chopped raisins 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp green chilli paste 1 cup oil for frying 1 tbsp finely chopped Ginger half tsp chaat masala half tsp Garam Masala

    Peel the potatoes and scoop them from the centre soak them in the water

    Heat the oil and the deep fry them along with the removed potato pulp

  • 03

    When it becomes soft remove them from the oil and place it on a tissue paper

  • 04

    In a bowl mix all the stuffing materials along with the potato pulp

    Fill all the mixture in the potatoes

  • 06

    In a bowl mix all the things to marinate well

  • 07

    Apply the marinated mixture on the potatoes and wrap them with sesame seeds

  • 08

    Place the potatoes on the greased tray preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius and bake for 15 minutes

    Take them out cut into pieces and serve hot with chutney for sauce
