Peel the potatoes and scoop them from the centre soak them in the water
Heat the oil and the deep fry them along with the removed potato pulp
When it becomes soft remove them from the oil and place it on a tissue paper
In a bowl mix all the stuffing materials along with the potato pulp
Fill all the mixture in the potatoes
In a bowl mix all the things to marinate well
Apply the marinated mixture on the potatoes and wrap them with sesame seeds
Place the potatoes on the greased tray preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius and bake for 15 minutes
Take them out cut into pieces and serve hot with chutney for sauce
