Ingredients

  • For marinating - 1 cup hung yoghurt


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cup roasted chana dal powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/4 dried kasuri methi powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp green chilli paste 2 tbsp hot oil 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 2 big potatoes 2 tbsp sesame seeds for stuffing -1/2 cup grated cottage cheese 2 tbsp chopped fried cashew nuts 1 tbsp chopped raisins 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp green chilli paste 1 cup oil for frying 1 tbsp finely chopped Ginger half tsp chaat masala half tsp Garam Masala

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes and scoop them from the centre soak them in the water
  • Heat the oil and the deep fry them along with the removed potato pulp
  • When it becomes soft remove them from the oil and place it on a tissue paper
  • In a bowl mix all the stuffing materials along with the potato pulp
  • Fill all the mixture in the potatoes
  • In a bowl mix all the things to marinate well
  • Apply the marinated mixture on the potatoes and wrap them with sesame seeds
  • Place the potatoes on the greased tray preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius and bake for 15 minutes
  • Take them out cut into pieces and serve hot with chutney for sauce
