Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 15 baby corns

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 1 tsp Salt or/as per taste

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 green chilli paste

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 cup bread crumb for coating

Directions

    Slit baby corns in length wise

  • 02

    Add remaining ingredients in a bowl

  • 03

    Add little water and whisk all finely

  • 04

    Take breadcrumb in a plate

  • 05

    Dip babycorn in paste and coat with bread crumb

  • 06

    Prepare all of them in same way

  • 07

    Heat oil and fry them

  • 08

    Serve with sauce
