Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add grated ginger and chopped chilly and stir a while
Add beetroot and carrot and cook
Add masala..preserve some masala for further use
Add potato and cornflour and mix it nicely..Let it cool
Make thick batter of besan and add salt and red chilly powder
Heat oil in a wok
Take a portion of beetroot mixture and form a log like dip in a batter and fry it
Cool it and cut in slices and again fry it
Serve with green chutney
