Heat butter in a pan and put ginger - garlic saute for 1 minutes.
Then add all chopped vegies one by one and saute them for 3-4 minutes.
Add 3 cup of water and soaked cournflour mix well without any lumps.
Boil it for 2 -3 min on midium flame.
Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
Switch off the gas and serve hot.
